RMG Limited

RMG Limited (ASX:RMG) is actively exploring in north-west Queensland and western Tasmania for zinc-lead-silver and in north-west Queensland for copper.

RMG' directors believe that there will be a significant shortfall in the supply of zinc in 2014-2015 as a result of the closure of 1.1Mt of zinc metal from depleted mining operations in Canada, Ireland and Australia.

To meet this demand, RMG is acquiring zinc discoveries that are in close proximity to infrastructure, and readily able to be developed. In particular, RMG is targeting carbonate hosted zinc mineralisation that has the potential to produce high quality, high grade zinc concentrates.

Queensland - Zinc

• The Kamarga Project has a Geological Target of 5-10Mt @ 5-10%Zn
• It is located within 50kms of a sealed road, and within 50kms of high voltage electricity transmission line
• It is carbonate hosted zinc mineralisation within possible open pit
• Metallurgical testwork shows it can produce concentrates with very low iron, and > 60%Zn
• There are a number of untested zinc targets

Queensland - Copper

• The Kamarga Project also hosts a 7km long copper target with 6m @ 1.1%Cu, 10g/t Ag
• There are a number of untested copper targets

Tasmania - Zinc

• The McLeans project is located within 3kms of sealed road and high voltage electricity transmission line
• It is shale hosted high grade zinc, lead and silver
• Mineralisation is within a shallow open pit target
• There are a number of high grade drill intercepts for follow-up drilling
