Mr Hick has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry in both senior management positions and as an independent director, during which he has spent the majority of his time based in Toronto, Canada.

He is also an independent director of a number of TSX (or TSXV) listed mining companies including Carpathian Gold Inc., Eurotin Inc., First Bauxite Corporation, First Uranium Corporation, Hudson Resources Inc., International Minerals Corporation and St Andrew Goldfields Ltd.

Previously Mr Hick has held board and/or senior management positions with a number of other Canadian mining companies, including Medoro Resources Ltd., Defiance Mining Corp./Geomaque Explorations Ltd, Cambior Inc., Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd, Rayrock Resources Inc., Revett Minerals Inc. and Placer Dome Inc.

Leslie (Les) Emery
President / CEO

Mr Les Emery has been involved in the Western Australian mining industry for more than 40 years and has experience in exploration, mining and corporate administration. Until June 2001 he was Managing Director of Lynas Corporation Limited (formerly Lynas Gold NL) for 15 years and was instrumental in the transition of that Company from explorer to gold producer. In addition Mr Emery negotiated the entry of Lynas Corporation into that company's now core business, the Mt Weld rare earths and tantalum/niobium project.

Mr Emery has been a Director or senior executive of a number of listed Australian resource companies and has been instrumental in the transition of a number of companies from explorer to producer.

Mr Emery is also a past Vice President and Executive Councillor of the Association of Exploration and Mining Companies Inc (AMEC) and has served as a commissioned officer in the Australian Citizen Military Forces (now Army Reserve).

Sir Rabbie Namaliu GCL, CSM, KCMG, BA, MA, Hon.LLD

Former Prime Minister Sir Rabbie Namaliu is a distinguished statesman and committed Papua New Guinean with ministerial experience in Foreign Affairs and Trade, Treasury, Primary Industry, Petroleum and Energy and other areas of government responsibility including being the Speaker of the Papua New Guinea National Parliament.

Sir Rabbie holds directorships of other Papua New Guinea companies, including non-executive director of Bougainville Copper Limited and Kina Securities Limited, and Chairman of the publicly listed investment company Kina Asset Management Limited. In February 2010, Sir Rabbie was appointed Chairman of Kramer Ausenco, a new joint venture of PNG engineering company Kramer (PNG) Limited and Ausenco of Australia.

He has also been appointed as a director of Interoil Corporation PNG.

Ms Martin is a Toronto based, professional accountant with a strong background in international exploration and mining companies. She has held senior and executive management roles in base metal and precious metal companies such as Northgate Mines Inc., Western Mining Corporation Limited, IAMGOLD Corporation and High River Gold Mines Ltd.

Ms Martin is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and is currently on the Board of Aura Minerals Inc., the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada, and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

Richard William (Keith) Morrison P.Geo
Non-Executive Director
(Effective from 4 October 2012)

Mr Richard William (Keith) Morrison is a prominent Canadian-based mining entrepreneur with over 30 years of international experience and an accomplished background in strategy, finance, exploration, technology, global operations, capital markets and corporate development.

He co-founded two significant Canadian-based success stories, Quantec, a world-leader in deep sub-surface imaging technologies, and QGX, a Canadian-based exploration company which operated in Mongolia prior to its acquisition for $300 million. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Gedex Inc., a private exploration data technology.

Vincent (Ian) Masterton-Hume
Non-Executive Director
(Effective from 4 October 2012)

Mr Vincent (Ian) Masterton-Hume is Australian-based and has more than 30 years' experience in the natural resource industry, primarily in the fields of managed fund investments, capital raising and project development. He was a founding partner of The Sentient Group, a manager of closed end private equity funds, specialising in global investments, in the natural resource sector. Since its inception, The Sentient Group has raised over US$2.6 billion for its investment funds.

Following his retirement from the Group in 2008 he was appointed to The Sentient Council, an advisory body to The Sentient Group.

Prior to the establishment of The Sentient Group, Mr Hume was a partner in Bain & Co for a number of years and a strategic consultant to AMP's Private Capital Division, working on the development of a number of Chilean mining investment joint ventures, as well as advising on a number of specific investments across a range of commodities and locations. He was a Director of Andean Resources until its acquisition by Goldcorp, and Norsemont Mining until its acquisition by Hudbay Minerals Inc. He is currently a Director of Golden Minerals Company, Iron Road Limited and Silver City Minerals Limited.

Pieter Britz
Non-Executive Director (Effective on 26 July 2013)

Mr Pieter Britz is a registered professional engineer with a wealth of experience in the resources industry since the early 1990's. He began his career in mining in South Africa, where he worked as an engineer at the Sishen iron ore mine from 1992-1997. His various executive roles included involvement in, strategic planning and managing various corporate strategic initiatives.

He has also worked in the coal, base metals and heavy, and industrial minerals sectors. In early 2004 he moved to Australia and established Royal Bank of Canada's investment banking division in Sydney.

He joined The Sentient Group in early 2007 as an investment professional. He holds a degree in engineering (BEng), an MBA, and is also a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Paul Korpi B. Sc. Met. Eng.
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Korpi has more than 35 years experience in the mining industry spanning a long and distinguished career during which he has worked in all phases of surface and underground mine operations, including mine and project development, general and executive management and operations in the United States, Canada, Indonesia and Central Asia.

He was most recently General Manager and Country Director for IAMGold's Rosebel Mine in Suriname. Prior to that, he was the General Director of Kazakhmys Projects LLC, where he led the development team for two different porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold mining projects in Kazakhstan - one of which, Boschekul, has since commenced construction. A key element of this project's development was the successful conclusion of negotiations with the Chinese Development Bank Corporation for a US$2 billion loan facility.

Prior to this, Mr. Korpi was President and General Director of Boroo Gold Mine in Mongolia. He was also previously involved in the development, construction and initiation of operations for Newmont and Sumitomo at the Batu Hijau copper and gold mine on the island of Sumbawa in Indonesia.

Stevie T.S. Nion Bsc Msc MMS
PNG Country Manager

Mr Nion received his Bachelor of Science Geology from the University of PNG in 1978, his Master of Science Geology from Sydney University in 1984 and Master in Management Studies from University of Vudal in 2004. A well experienced geologist by profession, Mr Nion was formerly Petromin Deputy General Manager Minerals from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that he also served as Acting Secretary for the Department of Mining in 2005, Deputy Secretary for Department of Mining from 2000 to 2004, and Chief Government Geologist and Director of PNG Geological Survey from 1994 to 2000. He brings to the Company a wealth of PNG mining industry and relevant management experience of 30 years.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Churchward is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in finance and commerce with a number of listed mining companies, including Xstrata and Normandy. Recently, he served for four years as Finance Manager for Ok Tedi Mining Limited, based at the Ok Tedi mine in PNG.

Craig McGown B. Comm, FCA, ASIA
Vice President - Corporate Development

Mr McGown has more than 35 years experience in corporate finance, covering mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings in both domestic and international financial markets, asset acquisitions and asset disposals, initial public offerings and corporate restructurings.

Mr McGown has significant experience with capital raisings in both domestic and foreign financial markets and has been involved in many successful capital raising transactions. Mr McGown has also served on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies including Resource Finance Corporation Limited as an executive director, as the executive chairman of Perth based stockbroker, DJ Carmichael Pty Limited, and a director of New Holland Capital.

Peter Kenneth Dendle B.Sc, M.Sc, M.AusIMM
Project Manager - Yandera

Mr Peter Dendle is a geologist with more than 30 years experience in Africa, North America, Europe, South East Asia and Australia.

From 1981 until 2000 he held senior project management positions with BHP, including an extended period in Mozambique. He has also held positions with the Northgate Exploration Group of Canada and the African arm of Falconbridge Nickel.

During his career Peter has been involved in all facets of mineral exploration through to feasibility studies, in at times, logistically difficult areas.

Peter is responsible for all site activities at Marengo's Yandera Project.

Dr Malcolm Roberts BSc. (Hons), PhD., FMinSoc., FGSSA.
Principal Geologist

Dr Roberts gained a PhD at Manchester University in the UK, specialising in the petrogenesis of granitoid magmas, after completing his first degree in Geology at the University of Wales in Cardiff. He completed three years of post-doctorate studies at Salzburg University, Austria and subsequently lectured at Rhodes University in South Africa.

In 2003, Dr Roberts joined the Council for Geoscience to take up a role as senior geologist based in the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa where he was heavily involved in regional mapping in Mozambique. In early 2006, Dr Roberts joined the Mining Sector Support Program's Geomap Project in Papua New Guinea, as the representative of the Council for Geoscience, to provide expert support to a European Union-funded capacity development scheme for Papua New Guinea. His work on this project has involved geological mapping and mineral reconnaissance studies as well as petrological, geochemical support and training of young Papua New Guinean geologists.

Dean Richardson
Corporate Secretary and Vice President - Investor Relations

Mr Richardson has been involved in Investor Relations for the last ten years following a twenty year career in International Banking and Derivatives Trading. Mr Richardson has had extensive experience in dual listed resource companies including ASX/AIM listed Hardman Resources and most recently with ASX/TSX listed Minemakers Limited.
