Each year the business grew and developed, so that by 1991 there was a staff of approximately 30 people and Clarendon Homes was building approximately 150 houses per year.

Several new divisions were added until by 1999 the Clarendon Property Group was building over 2000 houses per annum and was recognised as the largest residential builder in NSW and the 7th largest construction company in Australia.
