The Company's objective is to become a profitable gold producer. The Board and Management possess a broad range of experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation and development, construction, mining operations, and general corporate and project management. The Directors are committed to increasing the share price and the future development of the Company through:
The Hill End Project area covers approximately 50 kilometres strike length of the mineralised Hill End Anticline, which includes the Hill End-Tambaroora Goldfield. This field was discovered in 1851 and became one of the richest gold mining areas in New South Wales, with about 1.5 million ounces gold production, mostly from surface or shallow underground old workings.
The Hawkins Hill - Reward development areas are located to the north, and below, the rich Hawkins Hill underground mines from which 400,000 ounces of gold were reported to have been extracted up to 1920.
Along the central 20 kilometres of the Hill End Anticline there are many areas of surface gold workings with the potential for new deposits similar to Hawkins Hill. Exploration has already identified JORC-compliant mineral resources near surface and below previous workings.
The town of Hill End has a population of approximately 80 people and is located 70 kilometres by road from Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia. The company's initial underground mine development target is the high grade Exhibition area in the Reward resource area, which is located to the south of the township.
In addition to a strong focus on the early development of the Hill End Project, the company is also reviewing a number of significant acquisition opportunities.
