Alf Paton has an engineering background and over 50 years in business including the mining industry. From 1987 to 1990 he was the Managing Director of Placer Pacific Limited and Kidston Gold Mines Limited and was Chairman of these companies from 1990 to 1994 when he also retired as a Director of Placer Dome Inc. Canada. Mr Paton has also been a Director CARE Australia and Chairman of many publicly listed mining companies.

Managing Director
Philip Bruce is a mining engineer with thirty years mining industry experience in Australia, Indonesia and South Africa in gold, platinum, coal, tin and base metals projects up to a senior corporate level. He has developed and operated large and small scale profitable underground and open pit projects. He was CEO of BHP Indonesis and was a Director of Ausmelt Limited, Managing Director of Triako Resources Limited and General Manager - Development for Plutonic Resources Limited where he assisted in upgrading the company from a market capitalisation of A$35m to over A$1b. He is also a Director of Latrobe Magnesium Limited.

Bruce Thomas is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia with over thirty years experience in capital markets and funds management. His extensive career includes an outstanding career in funds management performance with Zurich Insurance Company, Public Authorities Superannuation Board, Hambros Australia Ltd and FAI Insurance. He is also a Director of GRD Limited and Oceana Gold Limited.

Graham Reveleigh is a geologist with wide experience in the mining industry as a project manager covering exploration, development, construction and mine operations. He was Mine Manager, Noble's Nob in the Northern Territory, Australia for seven years and project manager for the early development of a number of mines in Australia, Solomon Islands and Hill End in New South Wales since the mid-1980's. He is also a Director of Drillsearch Energy Limited and Bounty Oil & Gas NL.
Ian Noel Stuart Sloan, B. Tech (Mech.), J.P.

Ian Sloan is a mechanical engineer with experience in engineering, mining and business management. He was Production Engineer for Nauru Phosphate Corporation and Central Pacific and National Manufacturing Manager for Harbison ACI Pty Ltd, managing manufacturing plants in Unanderra, New South Wales, and Dandeneong, Victoria and a magnesite mine in Fifield, New SOuth Wales. He has owned and managed a steel fabrication business and computer company.
