Tristate Holdings Limited ("THL") was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1988. THL and its subsidiaries (collectively known as the "Group") produce a full spectum of fashion apparel, ranging from formal and career wear, including suits, coats, jackets, skirts, pants, to casual and athletic clothing for both men and women. The Group also engaged in two other business lines, namely apparel trading and branded production distribution in China and Hong Kong.
