Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing TRT Healthcare”) is a subsidiary of Tong Ren Tang Group. It was established in 2015, formerly known as Beijing Tong Ren Tang Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. In June 2024, it successfully completed the joint-stock reform and was officially renamed Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co., Ltd.

Over the nearly ten years since its establishment, Beijing TRT Healthcare has consistently adhered to a customer-centric approach, deeply cultivating the healthcare industry. Benefit from the well-established "Tong Ren Tang" brand and supported by a solid industrial foundation, it has formed a layout of more than 20 offline medical institutions in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shanxi, Liaoning, Guizhou, and other regions by investment and mergers & acquisitions, cooperative construction, and management services. It has built a three-tier healthcare service network, consisting of "a hospital chain, a primary medical institution chain, and an Internet hospital", providing customers with modernized, customized, and one-stop TCM healthcare services.
