Founded in 1975, Applied International Holdings Limited began as one of the leading OEM manufacturers for electronic products and has been a supplier for internationally reputed brands. In 1991, the Group set up a marketing network for security products in North America and Europe. The Group intends to rename its USA operation - Quorum International Ltd., to iQuorum.com in order to reflect its recent diversification into the e-commerce business.

AIHL is also involved in the OEM manufacturing business through its subsidiary - iQuorum Cybernet Ltd. iQuorum Cybernet Ltd. is principally engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of consumer electronic products for Quorum and is on OEM basis for other customers. iQuorum Cybernet Ltd. has also diversified its business activities into properties investment, financial service and recently established a new e-commerce business for the PRC and Asia Pacific regions.
