The Company offers its signature menu items that include spicy Sichuan-style soup base and hand-pulled noodles, and services, including providing birthday celebrations across all its restaurants. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include HDL Management USA Corporation, Haidilao Catering (U.S.A.) Inc., Haidilao Restaurant California Inc., Haidilao Restaurant Group, Inc. and Haidilao Hot Pot Industry Inc.
