Values Cultural Investment Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the business of television (TV) series. The Company operates three business segments through its subsidiaries. The Licensing of Broadcasting Right segment sells the licensing of broadcasting rights of self-produced and purchased TV series. The Investment segment invests in TV series as a non-executive producer, makes equity investments in TV series, as well as participates in the production and distribution processes. The Distribution of Broadcasting Right segment promotes the relevant TV series to the TV stations including their operating entities and negotiates the terms and conditions relating to the licensing of the broadcasting rights of the TV series with them on behalf of the copyright owners of the TV series.
