Wecon Holdings Limited is an investment holding company mainly engaged in construction projects. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Construction Contracts segment mainly provides building construction services. Building services mainly consist of building works for new buildings, including residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The Repair, Maintenance, Alteration and Addition to an Existing Structure (RMAA) segment provides general upkeep, maintenance, improvement, refurbishment, alteration and addition services to existing facilities and components of buildings and surrounding environments. In addition, the Company is involved in project management and implementation of construction projects, specific design and construction of items and technical submission and procurement of construction materials.
