The Distribution Business segment distributes and markets overseas food and beverage products to retailers, such as supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store and department store chains in Hong Kong.The products include the Japanese UHA candies, the Malaysian Chek Hup Ipoh instant white coffee and Taiwanese Hsin Tung Yang confectionery products, among others. The Retail Business segment prepares and/or sells overseas branded food and beverage products licensed to it at its self-operated retail outlets in Hong Kong. The brands of products include TenRen, Uncle Tetsu, Hotel Chocolat, and Jiu Tang Wu, among others.
