BOSA Technology Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the mechanical splicing services in Hong Kong. The Company provides reinforcing bars processing services of cutting, crimping, chamfering ends of and threading reinforcing bars, as well as connects the processed reinforcing bars with couplers. It provides two types of reinforcing bars processing services: one under our trademark 'Servisplice' and the other one under our trademark 'Seisplice'. Servisplice Services do not add ductility to the mechanical splicing systems, and Seisplice Services add seismic-resistance and ductility to the mechanical splicing systems. The Company also provides repair couplers named 'iSplice'.
