Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Business segment is involved in manufacturing and sale of baby fabric products to the overseas third party brand companies or designated sourcing companies that are marketed to infants and toddlers below two years old. The Origin Brand Manufacturing (OBM) Business segment is involved in manufacturing and sale of baby fabric products that are marketed to babies and kids within the age range of up to six years old through self-operated retail stores and department store counters and through wholesale. It also source products of third party brands and sell them through its self-operated retail stores and department store counters.
