The Company has completed reorganization on 14 October 2010 and Grand Beauty Management Limited has become the controlling shareholder, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited ("Sino-Ocean").

Our Group is principally engaged in investment in fund platform, property investment and development, fund investment and securities investment businesses.
