Orient Overseas Container Line, OOCL, its wholly owned subsidiary is one of the world's largest integrated international containerised transportation companies, and one of Hong Kong's most recognised global brands.

OOIL was incorporated in Bermuda in July 1986 and listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in July 1992. Prior to that date, the listed holding company of the OOIL Group ("the Group") was Orient Overseas (Holdings) Limited.
